What is fitness?-------------------------The term " fitness " in the broadest sense of this expression is defined as:- Physical fitness - the ability of humans to withstand various loads.It is evident from the above that the term " fitness " in the broadest sense of this expression means the ability of a person to (1) tolerate extremes in weight, (2) produce adequate growth, (3) discharge students at an acceptable level of education, (4) cope with loss of earnings, (5) reduce sick days, (6) avoid injuries during exercise.So, what can be fitness?-------------------------1. Agility. An agility test is much more effective than a strength test. The most important thing is not to overdo it. The maximum that a person can handle is what he can tolerate. If the broad shoulders and narrow hips do not allow you to run beyond the reach of your muscles, then the test is not for you. You can double the load and add or remove weight, but you can not increase it.2. Control. The result will not be long in coming. Every day that passes, your body becomes more flexible, your movements less precise. Everything that is below the shoulders is noise to your inner ear. You need to let your body speak louder than your own.3. Pride. Everyone wants to be beautiful. Whether you want to or not, but you can't refuse, then you will have to fight your inner demons. If you want to achieve perfect body, then you need to eliminate negative emotions. Fear not! This is a process that will pass. Be beautiful and thin as possible. Don't force things. It's not that big of a deal.The key thing is not to overcompensate. A person who is constantly hungry, stressed, or just tired is more likely to be disappointed. Find something that excites you and work at it. It's hard work, but you will get the results.4. Stay motivated. If you want to have a high level, then you need to chase that every day. You don't need to work out for 40 hours a week just to stay in shape. You don't need to spend all your time at the computer. There are a lot of things that you can do that will help. 5. Be yourself. Everyone likes to think that they have a "positive" attitude to life. that they would do anything to become better. Be yourself. You know that it's not always easy being a girl, being a bureaucrat in a man's body. The world isn't complete without hardships and imperfections. You just have to live with them and move on.
